FREE LIVE WORKSHOP FOR HIGH-ACHIEVING WOMEN

Why Your Neck and Shoulders Stay Tense After the Day Is Over

Your day may be over, but your body may still be solving, bracing, preparing, or carrying what happened hours ago.

Learn how to recognize one of your earliest stress signals and interrupt the pattern before the tension keeps building.

Friday, August 28 at 12 PM Eastern | Live on Zoom | Free

Replay available for 72 hours.

Does This Feel Familiar?

  • Your shoulders are still tight when you finally sit down.

  • Your jaw or breath changes when something difficult needs your attention.

  • A mentally demanding day stays in your body longer than you expect.

  • You know how to relax in theory, but your body does not always follow.

What You’ll Understand by the End

  • Why stopping does not always mean settling

The meeting ends. The laptop closes. The conversation is over. Your body may still be responding.

  • How to catch your pattern earlier

You will identify one of your first signals before the tension becomes the loudest thing you notice.

  • One simple way to interrupt it

You will experience a brief reset you can use when the pattern starts again, without adding another routine to manage.

Why I Teach Stress Through the Body

I’m Joseph Cyr, a transformational coach and Licensed Massage Therapist.

For years, I have worked with people whose neck and shoulders keep tightening even after massage, stretching, rest, or a quieter day.

What I kept noticing was that tension often made more sense when we looked at what the body was responding to before it tightened.

That is the focus of this workshop.

You will not be asked to push through, fix yourself, or take on another routine. We will start with what your body is already telling you.

"The coaching felt very open and reflective, and I felt safe." ~ Pamela
